How to Apply:
1. Please fill out the Group Tour Reservation Form and select your preferred tour option: Taiwanese Mandarin or English Guided Tour.
2. Please submit the application at least 5 working days before the tour date; requests will be reviewed in the order received.
3. We will review your application within 2 working days and notify you by email or phone.
Reminders:
1. Exhibition hours: Tue-Sun, 11:00-18:00. Closed on Mondays (Special open 2025.10.6).
2. Each guided tour lasts approximately 40 minutes. The earliest entry is at 11:00, and the latest at 17:00.
3. A minimum of 6 participants is required to book a group tour.
4. The tour is free, but a valid TIPF ticket is required for entry. (Special offer for 20+ tickets, please contact the organizer.)
5. For groups of children or students under 18, at least one adult chaperone must accompany the tour.
6. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 1 day in advance. Late changes may affect future booking eligibility.
7. On-site parking is not available. Please use public transportation.
8. TIPF reserves the right to modify tour arrangements and applications.
